Assistant Manager Abderdeen. Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the store in Abderdeen to support the manager across 30 hours of the working week . The stores are lovely places to work and also have the bonus of boutique trading hours. 9.30 am - 5.30pm .

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and working in either Fashion, Footwear, Accessories or a consultative sales environment .

Experience of coaching & developing team members

Working to KPIs

A good background of customer experiences

Will have managed a small to medium sized team

Experienced in store operational tasks: cashing up, store opening & closing etc.
