Store Manager Redditch. A Fashion-forward brand with huge appeal is recruiting for a Store Manager for their Redditch Store. This is a maternity cover for 12 months .

In order to be considered candidates will:

Be able to lead the team on the salesfloor with confidence and create a fun environment for customers and the team alike

Be a strong retail operations manager with a focus on KPI achievement

Be creative and have a keen eye for VM and housekeeping

Love beauty , cosmetics and fashion
