Retail Operations Assistant Retail Head Office . Our client is expanding here in the UK and has an excellent reputation for outstanding home & kitchen products . Due to expansion there is a need for a Retail Operations Assistant to work in their London Head Office .

Providing front-line support to all UK stores and managing all Head office to Store communications. This position will be cross functional so its imperative that there is excellent retail knowledge at store level as well as an accomplished background working in Retail operations .

The ideal candidate must have :

• Worked within a similar role

• Excellent communication skills , verbal & written

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure and Maintain a calm demeanor no matter what happen

• Support with new store openings which will include travel to UK sites

• Collate , produce and distribute all communication so excellent PC skills is key

• Be able to work on own and with own initiative

• Support all departments

• Set up meetings and attend

• Flexibility and adaptable to change in a busy environment

• Retail knowledge : Stores , KPIS , results , budgets , store teams

• Excellent customer service skills

Salary : This is a guide and it depends on experience

£25,000 - £30,000
