This is a standalone Talent Acquisition role; working closely with colleagues across the business and 3rd party providers to develop and drive strategies to recruit and retain the very best talent.

The role reports to the Head of HR and working closely with the Marketing team to define the employer brand as well as acting as Business Partner to senior management teams and hiring managers across the business.

The role is based at the Oxfordshire Head Office but there is scope for some home working days as well as time out across the estate.

The most suitable candidates will have in-house recruitment experience, preferably within the retail or digital arena.
