Retail Experience Manager. This is a new role supporting this Retail & Ecommerce business, you will be responsible for driving the customer experience across all the retail stores leading the delivery of customer loyalty, experience and overall store performance. You will lead a team of Retail cluster managers and visual teams to deliver a retail experience that builds deep customer satisfaction.

The ideal Candidate & Role Overview:

You will have a background of inspiring Retail Manager's to deliver excellent service standards

Highly commercial

Experienced in leading teams

Developing and implementing Retail strategy

Visiting stores , inspiring and developing store teams

Carry out the after care checks from stores ensuring customers are at the forefront.

Liaise and work with other departments to ensure customer delivery is at the forefront

Analytical and the ability to identify trends and act upon

You will have worked at area / regional level

Ideal background : Fashion, Beauty, accessories, jewellery

Fully flexible for UK travel

Will be able to work from home & head office.
