The Role

Lead the counter with confidence, warmth, and refined product knowledge

Deliver an immersive, sensory client experience

Build strong client relationships and drive CRM activity

Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth

Coach and inspire a small team to deliver exceptional standards

Maintain impeccable visual presentation and operational excellence

About You

Experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or premium retail

Strong leadership skills with a polished, service-driven approach

Commercially focused with a track record of achieving targets

Passionate about fragrance, storytelling, and client experience

Salary:

£32 k Basic + BP
