Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team with a strong service ethos.

Drive store performance through effective KPI management.
Maintain exceptional visual standards and a beautifully presented store environment.
Oversee daily operations including stock management, scheduling, and compliance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of team members.
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
Champion wellbeing, positivity, and a supportive team culture.
About You
Experienced Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within beauty, lifestyle, home, or premium retail.
Enthusiastic about customer experience & storytelling.
A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and empowers others.
Commercially astute with a record of achieving targets.
Organised, proactive, and confident in managing all aspects of store operations.
Warm, engaging, and able to build rapport.
Passionate about wellbeing, self-care, and creating a calming retail environment.
