Customer Service Supervisor, 30 hours,retail head office, evenings, Newport, South Wales

This is a friendly and successful retailer with a thriving multi-channel customer base across the UK and more recently the US.

The Customer Service Supervisor will work Mon - Fri4pm - 10pm(with occasional flexibility during peak trade times).

In absence of the Customer Service Manager and Team Leaders, taking supervision for the team

Resolve escalated complaints

Monitor all contact channels (Calls, Live Chat, Social Media and Email)

Have a hands-on approach, supporting with the CS workload as needed

Responsibility for ensuring the security of the premises at shift end

KPI reporting

Provide support to teams who work in the office and from home

In order to be considered candidates will meet the following criteria:

Ability to communicate clear and concise use of English, both verbally and in writing

Strong people skills

Excellent telephone etiquette

Excellent Customer Service skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Excellent organisation skills

Good time management skills

Ability to use own initiative to resolve queries or team concerns

Flexibility required with the ability to travel to support home based team members
