• To provide operational daily HR advice and guidance to the wider business on a variety of issues ensuring value is continually added.

• Support the HR & Training Manager in implementing the HR Vision and Strategy.

Ideal Background / Qualifications

o CIPD qualified or final stage studier

o PG Dip/BA Hons HR Management advantage

o Considerable generalist HR experience preferable gained within retail/operational environment

o Strong ability to organise and prioritise workload

o Excellent administrative skills

o Strong Employee Relations skills including disciplinary, grievance, maternity, paternity is essential

o High level of attention to detail including a strong excel capability (v-lookups essential)

o First class communication skills both written and verbal - essential

o Team orientated

o Results focused

o Confidence to work across all levels of the business

o Experience of able to negotiate employee terms and conditions

o Practically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in!
