Store Manager Central London Flagship . Our client is looking for a well established store manager to manage their UK Flagship store in central London . This is a lifestyle brand with a focus on premium products for the outdoors & country living .

Highly presentable with excellent communication skills

Flagship store management experience

Responsibilities:

Driving KPI's : All sales KPI'S conversion , ATV , UPT. All operational KPI's : Stock loss, Wage / cost control

Managing P&L

High standards of presentation across VM

Delivering high standards of luxury but friendly customer service

Managing team performance through regular reviews & target setting

Delivering sales targets with online sales as well as retail

Training & developing the team and other store managers within the business

Develop the customer data base through marketing and clientelling

Package :

£36- £38k Basic
