Head of Retail, reporting directly to the UK Managing Director

This is a strategic position to define and implement best luxury service and strategy across retail to promote the brand presence in the UK.

The ideal candidate will work in close collaboration with the global teams in order to ensure local priorities and to align with the global strategy.

The Head of Retail should be a natural leader and collaborator that will develop teams and partnerships in order to align brand plans and objectives.

This is a multi-faceted role requiring a combination of operational excellence and business acumen to manage all aspects of the operations that underpin the performance achievement that the business requires to hit targets.
