Digital Marketing Manager Braunton. Our client is looking for an experienced digital marketer to join this expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving online platforms & socials to develop and grow customer acquisition. This buisness has gone from strength to strength and continues grow.

Key responsibilites and skills:

Maintaining and growing our digital channels, including social media advertising (FB, Linkedin, Instagram), email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)

Executing and monitoring paid media advertising budgets

Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to deliver marketing campaigns, always with a focus on ROI and sales.

Measure and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend ROI

Coordinating external agencies team to identify innovative growth strategies across paid media channels

Preparing weekly reports on performance by channel, identifying opportunities and risks

Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

Identify and manage customer segments within our database to ensure effective targeting through our communications

Experience using SEMRush, Adobe Photoshop, Klaviyo and Hootsuite

Working experience with Google Analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices

Experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ad Manager

Requirements

3+ years experience in a digital marketing or channel manager role

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Strong analytical thinking skills

Excellent ability to work as part of a team
