In order to be considered, candidates will have over 2 years experience within retail store or café/restaurant as well as multi-site experience.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, positive multi-site manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a love of chocolate!

Responsibilities

Drive sales, service and KPI’s in your cluster of stores

Hire, train, and assess store productivity and managers' performance

Maintain consistency across the patch

Mentor, coach and develop the team of General Managers
