Assistant Store Manager Birmingham. Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager to launch their new store in the busy Birmingham Bullring shopping venue. The ideal candidate must have lots of experience working within face to face sales driving excellent customer centric service through managing teams.

Key skills and Overview :

Will have worked as an Assistant Manager within a customer facing environment that is focused on customer service

Love working in a busy sales driven environment

Will have experience within either Tech, Footwear, Fashion, Jewellery, Watches, Accessories,

Will have a proven track record of achieving personal KPIs and sales targets also managing & supporting the team to achieve their targets and goals.

You must demonstrate good behaviours towards managing & developing teams.

Highly presented with high communication skills

Flexible to work 5 days out of 7

Package : The salary shown is only a guide

Basic up to £29,000 + £3,000 potential Bonus
