L&D Assistant Manager. This is a new position for a global brand within hospitality. Covering the UK you will report in to European team. The client is based in Heathrow with sites across the UK. The ideal candidate will be passionate about service within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute learning strategies and programs for Europe Region
Handle the training and professional development of company employees.
Make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential.
Keep a strong focus not just on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation.
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops.
Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Help managers develop their team members through career development.
Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Requirements:
Previous experience in learning and Development area at least 5 years.
Higher education in HR or related areas;
Mandatory to have previous experience in hospitality and with training and knowledge in food and beverage operations.
Fluent English
Detail-oriented, well-organized;
Able to handle multitasking projects and working under pressure;
Advanced excel knowledge
Salary: Competitive Circa £50k with benefits.
