Visual Merchandiser and Trainer, Luxury Accessories, South and South West

This role is field based, covering the South & South West Region with the ideal candidate based around the Reading/Basingstoke/West London area.

The Role

Ensure the POS and position of the brand is in line with the strict quality standards of the brand.

Provide day to day assistance to retail partners ensuring their visual merchandising meets brand guidelines.

Develop and implement a program of brand, product and merchandising training for key account stores.

Respond to specific training requests from brand retail partners in the appropriate manner ensuring high standards of service are provided.

Key Skills and Experience

Visual merchandising experience within the luxury goods/jewellery market.

Experience training sales teams/consumers within the luxury goods/jewellery market.

An artistic flair.

Good communicator.

Driving licence is essential for this role.
