Ideal Candidate & Skill Set:

Area management / multi-unit experience

High commercial acumen and results-driven

Customer-focused with a commitment to high-level service

Expertise in people & team development, HR management, and new store openings

Experience in driving service standards & Visual merchandising

Background in fashion or accessories industry

Strong mentorship and communication skills

Willingness to travel extensively

Full and clean driving license
